Provide comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid selection and fitting for clients, including routine follow-ups, ear impression taking, earmold modification, and ALD accessory recommendations. Demonstrate hearing aids during evaluations, evaluate test results with client needs to make personalized recommendations, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and referrals. Collaborate with District Manager, HCP Team Leads, and L&D to implement initiatives that grow center revenue, build local community presence through outreach and physician-marketing efforts, and support marketing campaigns. Maintain ongoing professional development, licensing requirements, and adherence to HearUSA Quality Practice Guidelines while delivering Simply Excellent Hearing Care. Years of experience and licensing support continued education, commissions, and clear communication with customers to ensure high-quality care and client satisfaction.
