Job Summary
Hearing Care Provider at HearUSA in Asheville, NC responsible for performing comprehensive hearing evaluations, selecting and fitting hearing aids, presenting demonstrations, and making personalized recommendations to maximize client benefits. Includes routine follow-ups, ear impression taking, earmold modification, and ALD accessory recommendations. Collaborates with District manager and team leads to grow center revenue, engages in community outreach and physician marketing, ensures HIPAA-compliant documentation, and pursues ongoing professional development and licensure. Required Qualifications
- Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing
- Experience in a similar Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role
- 1-5 years of experience preferred
- Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Basic or advanced written communication skills
- Experience interacting with customers/clients
- Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely
- Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast paced environment
