Job Summary
Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide professional recommendations for rehabilitative services, including fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and accessories. Educate patients on hearing healthcare needs and handle community outreach by calling on physicians for referrals. Deliver the Belcare promise through our exclusive Nationwide Network of Care while maintaining exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Support a collaborative work environment where patient needs come first. Minimum qualification is a current Indiana license to dispense hearing instruments or an AuD with dispensing requirements. Salary plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Indiana
- AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Indiana
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience
- Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
