Hearing Care Co-ordinator

Job Summary
Greet customers and manage front-desk duties, answer and make calls, schedule and confirm appointments for local and out-of-town clinics, handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, insurance claims, filing, data entry into the clinical management system, stock shelves, process mail and payments, manage lead-generation activities, maintain customer databases, and support Hearing Care Professionals. Requires organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency with MS Office. Position located in Edmonton, AB with in-person responsibilities; Beltone corporate policies and the GN Group background are part of the workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- 2 years of office experience preferred
- 2 years of sales and customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
