Hearing Ambassador (Patient Care Coordinator)

Job Summary
Engage customers, support hearing health needs, and educate individuals about hearing wellness while scheduling appointments and driving growth through community outreach. Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers, securing a minimum of four immediate or scheduled full hearing tests per day. Promote and sell non-hearing aid products to increase sales volume, utilizing the handheld screener as an intercepting tool to qualify leads. Assist with scheduling return visits for past tested members and promote the Hearing Aid Center during Sam's Club and external marketing events. Based on-site at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Overland Park, KS, this role requires 95% of time spent walking and intercepting within the club.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience
- Experience working with PC hardware and software including general computer and Internet knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
- Presentation skills
- Previous experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software
