Job Summary
Engage customers, support hearing health needs, and educate individuals about hearing wellness while scheduling appointments and building relationships. Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers, securing a minimum of four immediate or scheduled full hearing tests each day. Promote non-hearing aid products to drive a 50% increase in sales and utilize the handheld screener as an intercepting tool to generate qualified leads. Assist with scheduling return visits for past tested members and promote the center during Sam's Club and external marketing events. Based 95% of the time walking and working within the club, this on-site role requires a high school diploma, strong sales experience, and proficiency in scheduling software.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience
- Experience working with PC hardware and software including general computer and Internet knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
- Presentation skills
- Previous experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software
- Must be based in HAC but will spend 95% of the time walking/working the club, intercepting, and setting tests
Desired Qualifications
- Have a working knowledge of all Hearing Aid Center (HAC) products and services
- Learn and use the handheld screener (when able per state regulations) and use as intercepting tool to get qualified leads
