Job Summary
Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, securing at least four scheduled hearing tests and promoting non-hearing aid products to increase sales by 50%. Engage members to support hearing health needs through education, community outreach, and customer relationship building while utilizing a handheld screener to intercept qualified leads. Assist licensed dispensers by scheduling return visits for past tested members and promoting the Hearing Aid Center during Sam's Club and external marketing events. This role requires 95% of time spent walking and intercepting within the club, with a full test and purchase setup workflow.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience
- Experience working with PC hardware and software including general computer and Internet knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
- Presentation skills
- Previous experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software
- Will be based in HAC
- Will spend 95% of the time walking/working the club, intercepting, and setting tests
Desired Qualifications
- Have a working knowledge of all Hearing Aid Center (HAC) products and services
- Learn and use the handheld screener (when able per state regulations) and use as intercepting tool to get qualified leads
- Promote and sell non hearing aid products when Members with whom they engage do not have hearing loss
- A 50% increase in non-hearing aid product sales is expected
