Conduct hearing evaluations and audioprosthesis fittings in compliance with health ministry standards and prescriptions. Guide members through equipment selection, ordering, and daily maintenance, including battery changes and cleaning. Manage point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, and fund movements while ensuring accurate record-keeping for social security reporting. Adhere to infection control, data privacy, and safety protocols throughout the day. Maintain inventory of merchandise and supplies, assisting warehouse services as needed. Deliver a warm, courteous service experience to all clients.
