Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic audiology assessments and rehabilitation services, dispensing hearing aids while ensuring compliance with HCPC, BSA, and BAA guidelines. Raise awareness of hearing services to drive business growth by promoting offerings based on product knowledge, customer hearing loss levels, and lifestyle needs. Maintain the highest standards of clinical care, customer service, and aftercare while operating in line with national, local, and company policies. Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to enhance the customer journey and deliver outstanding service.
Required Qualifications
- HCPC registration
- Familiarity with HCPC, BSA, and BAA guidelines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong clinical knowledge
