Job Summary
As the Healy Operations Supervisor, you will assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day operations activities including overseeing operations personnel, performance, safety, and training. This role involves maintaining the EAM maintenance management system, reviewing work requests, issuing work orders, and conducting accident investigations to promote safety and efficiency. Candidates should have significant operations experience in an industrial coal-fired plant, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant work experience in lieu
- Minimum of five years of operations experience in an industrial coal-fired plant or related experience
- Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification within thirty days of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with electric and mechanical utility systems
- Labor contract administration experience
- Contractor supervision experience
Additional Requirements
