HealthySteps Specialist (Bilingual English & Spanish)

Conduct team-based well-child visits for children birth through age 3, performing comprehensive developmental and social-emotional assessments with evidence-based screenings. Deliver therapeutic clinical interventions, psycho-social support, and positive parenting guidance while connecting families to community resources and care coordination services. Collaborate with physicians and nurses to address mental, emotional, and behavioral difficulties, lead caregiver groups, and utilize the Child Development Telephone Information Line for parenting advice. Manage case management and quality improvement initiatives to ensure model fidelity, while maintaining bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
