Healthy Start Program Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise, coach, and support staff in providing high-quality home visiting and care coordination services for pregnant women, infants, and families. Ensure compliance with Healthy Start standards, Department of Health requirements, and agency policies while monitoring documentation, service delivery, productivity, and program outcomes. Review charts for quality and regulatory compliance, provide training and performance feedback, and coordinate services for families facing medical, behavioral, social, or environmental risk factors. Collaborate with physicians, hospitals, the Department of Health, and community partners to participate in outreach and collaborative meetings. Assist with program reporting, quality improvement initiatives, and contract performance monitoring. Requires a Bachelor's degree in social sciences or health-related field, three years of public health experience, and a valid Florida driver's license.
