Job Summary
Healthy Families Home Visiting Family Support Specialist will visit families in their homes to establish positive home environments, strengthen parent-child relationships, provide infant mental health-focused support, and promote child and family well-being using the Healthy Families America model. Responsibilities include completing initial enrollment visits, scheduling regular home visits, conducting screens/assessments (ASQ, ASQ-SE, EPDS), delivering the Growing Great Kids curriculum, and assisting families with the Family Goal Plan while maintaining professional boundaries. Requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with children and families, and a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends possible). Location: Iola, Kansas. Salary starts at $18 per hour (annualized to $37,440) with full-time hours; benefits provided as described by the agency.
