HealthTech Co-Founder / COO role enabling you to own, build, and run a startup in HealthTech; fully remote position with location hint Oslo, Norway; based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate; you will receive extensive coaching from unicorn founders, support in hiring through a large professional network, and assistance in achieving product-market-fit and scaling revenue toward €100M+. You will engage in an intensive personal development journey, work to build a sales and marketing engine, and seek multi-million euro funding within 12 months. Strong English communication skills and a willingness to take responsibility for growing a startup to a €1B+ company are required.
