Own, build, and run the startup in HealthTech; participate in extensive personal development with unicorn founders; receive network-backed hiring support across 50,000 professionals; intensive coaching to reach product-market-fit and prepare for fundraising; help build a sales force and a marketing engine; funding support toward securing multi-million euro funding rounds within 12 months. Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate, with a target to scale to €100M+ in revenues and strong English communication. Salary during startup phase and potential up to €500k in funding; access to top founders, peers, and investors; work with a supportive network to reach PMF and growth milestones.
