Job Summary
Perform daily cleaning tasks across assigned areas including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and shared spaces; ensure high-touch points are regularly sanitised; replenish consumables; support deep cleaning and maintenance tasks; maintain equipment and cleaning products in a safe, clean, and organised condition; identify and report maintenance issues or safety concerns; respond quickly to spills or urgent cleaning requests; adhere to health & safety, hygiene, and COSHH regulations; demonstrate courtesy and professionalism when interacting with members and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a professional cleaning role (hospitality, office, or public venue preferred)
- up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue
- Understanding of cleaning techniques and hygiene protocols
- Comfortable using cleaning equipment (e.g. vacuum, floor scrubber, mops)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Good time management and communication skills
- Desirable: Knowledge of COSHH and safe chemical handling
- Desirable: Experience in luxury environments or high-traffic venues
- Flexible availability for early, late, or weekend shifts
