Job Summary
Coordinate and schedule chemotherapy, radiology, and specialist referrals for assigned locations; communicate test instructions to patients; reschedule unscheduled chemotherapy and Shot Room appointments; arrange hospital services; obtain stat results for physicians and nurses; handle specialty requisitions (e.g., Caris, BRCA, Foundation One); assist Front Desk with support as needed; coordinate calls between clinicians. Requires a high school diploma (Associates or Bachelors preferred), at least one year of unit coordinator experience preferred, and skills in multitasking, customer service, time management, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Google Suites and EMR is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
