Job Summary
Hybrid healthcare SaaS sales role targeting the healthcare industry. Drive direct SaaS product sales using CustomerCentric sales techniques, manage prospects and pipeline, perform outbound prospecting, and leverage Salesforce for contact management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting. Collaborate within a team to achieve defined sales targets, maintain HIPAA compliance, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Requires 3+ years of tele-sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to travel up to 5%. Base compensation ranges from $49,723 to $65,000 with potential incentives; role requires working at an Inovalon office location at least two days per week within 50 miles of Bowie, Tampa, Minneapolis, or Canonsburg.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of successful tele-sales experience selling technology products or services
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
- Experience in fast-paced, matrix sales environment
- Experience making 30+ outbound calls per day
- Experience with sales force automation and contact management systems
- Ability to travel up to 5%
- Authorization to work in the United States (not eligible for immigration sponsorship)
