Healthcare Technician

Install Medical Devices in patients' homes and in hospitals according to the local regulations; Train the patient in the use of equipment; Provide feedback to the prescriber on patient autonomy, follow-up, and treatment compliance; Ensure patient and prescriber satisfaction as part of treatment follow-up; Trace incidents relating to materiovigilance; Work as part of a field-based operations team including Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists to support patients with chronic diseases through installation, training, and ongoing support.
