Assist the nursing staff with patient personal care, hygiene, and activities of daily living under RN supervision. Perform psychomotor skills including vital signs measurement, glucose monitoring, and intake/output recording. Manage unit supplies by stocking rooms, cleaning instruments, and ordering materials. Collect and document patient data accurately. Prepare patients for transport by assisting with undressing and gowning. Provide patient education and perform bladder scans when necessary. Maintain accurate chart documentation and facilitate communication with departments and visitors.
