Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist for Recovery Innovations (behavioral health care) on a part-time, exempt, temporary up-to-12-week assignment. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for licensed, leadership, and hard-to-fill positions across programs, including entry-level and management, with a hybrid work arrangement based in North Carolina. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through online channels, coordinating interviews and assessments, creating job offers and letters, designing job descriptions and interview questions, coordinating recruitment events and fairs, building proactive relationships with passive candidates, and tracking recruitment metrics. The position requires strong sourcing, relationship-building, and branding efforts, adherence to compliance standards, and participation in diversity and inclusion initiatives. Required Qualifications
