Job Summary
Assist individuals with learning disabilities with essential daily activities and provide crucial emotional support within a 24-hour care environment. Work flexible full-time or part-time contracts on a mandatory rota system covering seven days a week, with shifts ranging from 07:00 to 22:00 and available sleep-in opportunities from 22:00 to 07:00. Prioritize candidates with experience in care settings, mental health, or working with challenging behaviors, though an NVQ or Care Certificate is desirable. Required Qualifications
- Mandatory Availability: All applicants must be able to work on a rota system ( FT or PT) over 7 days a week.
- Days: Between 07:00 – 22:00
- Sleep-ins: 22:00 – 07:00
Desired Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in care settings, mental health, or working with individuals with challenging behaviors is highly valued.
- Qualifications: An NVQ, Care Certificate, or other healthcare qualifications are desirable but not essential.
- Mobility: Being a driver is a plus, though not a requirement
