Job Summary
Coordinate patient access and information flow to ensure timely access to appropriate programs; greet and assist patients, families, and visitors; manage patient registration, scheduling, and data entry; enter/update patient demographics and insurance in the EMR; verify insurance eligibility and coordinate with Finance & Billing to collect co-pays; collaborate with Adapt departments to minimize duplication of services; document clearly in the EMR and relay information to staff; maintain PHI confidentiality and participate in meetings/trainings to support team learning.
