Job Summary
The Healthcare Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading a sales team to exceed inbound/outbound sales goals and KPIs while maintaining high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include supervising, motivating, and tracking the sales team’s performance, serving as the first point of escalation for technical issues, and driving sales and revenue by assisting customers in making healthcare decisions. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of sales or customer service experience, supervisory experience in healthcare-related fields, and a valid health insurance license or the ability to obtain one shortly after hiring.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in progressively responsible sales or customer service positions
- 1 to 3 years’ Supervisory experience within a managed care of organization, health insurance carrier, third party administrator, or related industry
- Must possess a valid Health insurance license in resident state license or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
