Job Summary
Healthcare Sales Representative / Community Liaison responsible for building referral partnerships with hospitals, case managers, rehab and skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and senior communities, home health and hospice agencies, physicians’ offices, and community organizations. Conduct daily in-person sales and marketing visits to generate new referral partnerships and client opportunities; develop and execute a territory growth plan; attend networking events and health fairs; represent SYNERGY HomeCare professionally within the healthcare community; track activity and referral relationships through CRM systems; must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation. Experience in healthcare sales or relationship-based business development is preferred but not required; strong communication, presentation skills, independence, and organization are essential. Flexible schedule with independence in the field and base salary with commission opportunities are offered.
