Job Summary
Outside healthcare sales representative responsible for generating sales leads and enrollment of new patients by nurturing relationships with seniors, local community partners, and senior-focused businesses to enroll patients at ChenMed/JenCare. Role includes planning and executing local events, developing partnerships with brokers and agents, utilizing CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage leads, delivering presentations and information at community venues, and driving member growth through education of ChenMed’s value proposition. Requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, ability to travel and engage with diverse audiences, and a customer-centric approach to promote senior healthcare enrollment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred OR equivalent combination of education/experience
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience required
- Experience with seniors/Medicare Advantage preferred
- Current valid Driver’s License
- Willingness to travel locally, regionally and nationwide up to 75%
