Job Summary
Prepare and submit practitioner and organizational Medicare and Medicaid enrollments, track revalidations, initiate information requests, and follow up on development requests from contractors. Send approvals to clients, perform telehealth locality reviews, attend meetings, and create task lists. Support the Healthcare Regulatory department with a variety of tasks while ensuring timely and accurate performance on assigned projects. Maintain compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines. This role is full-time, in-office in Omaha, NE, with immediate availability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Healthcare Administration
- basic knowledge of accounting principles
- strong attention to detail
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients
- proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and using various software packages
- desire to build your knowledge of terminology, policies and practices, and financial programs of health care systems
- ability to multi-task and coordinate a variety of activities to meet the needs of a client in a timely manner
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship
- Must be available for In-office work in Omaha, NE
