Job Summary
Lead operational excellence across physician practice partnerships in Arizona, Los Angeles, and San Francisco by driving performance, optimizing workflows, and improving provider efficiency. Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems while delivering dedicated support to manage patient panels and optimize electronic medical records. Provide steady leadership during change, communicate regional performance data, and lead the operational launch of payer and partner relationships. Analyze operational and financial insights to drive solutions for performance breakdowns and facilitate cross-team collaboration on innovative pilot efforts. Manage a regional clinical operations team, oversee resource allocation, and present plans and resolutions to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of equivalent education / work experience
- 10+ years industry experience
- Willingness to travel (20% - 30%) on average
- Travel throughout the region is required. (Arizona, Los Angeles and San Francisco)
- Preferred candidates will live with in the territory
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare operations and EMR optimization preferred
- MHA/MPH/MBA or masters preferred
- Experience with value-based care models preferred
- Experience with Medicare programs preferred
- Outstanding record of leadership and management success
- Competent in MS Office Suite
