Job Summary
Healthcare Recruiter & Scheduling Coordinator responsible for sourcing and screening candidates (CNAs, MAs, LPNs, RNs, etc.), coordinating staff schedules for open shifts at multiple clients, collecting weekly timesheets, and assisting with payroll processing. Requires handling high-volume scheduling workflows, updating scheduling sheets, sending handoff emails, onboarding steps, maintaining candidate pipelines, and delivering exceptional customer service to healthcare workers and clients. Must demonstrate strong follow-up, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and ensure timely shift confirmations and payroll-related tasks.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, scheduling, or staffing (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with manual and repetitive scheduling processes
- Experience with timesheets or payroll coordination is a plus
- Proficiency with scheduling platforms and online tools
- Must be reliable, proactive, and responsive
