Job Summary
Healthcare Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting across MA, front desk, clinic operations, and corporate roles in Scottsdale, AZ. Key duties include sourcing candidates, screening, negotiating offers, coordinating interviews, onboarding, building relationships with hiring managers, managing candidate communications, posting jobs across platforms, attending career events, and utilizing Greenhouse ATS to track candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (not required)
- 1+ year of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience recruiting for healthcare roles is a plus
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
