Job Summary
Identify and connect with healthcare professionals through sourcing strategies on job boards, social media, and warm calling. Generate a high-volume pipeline of candidates under tight timelines while performing full-cycle recruiting from initial screening to placement and ongoing field collaboration. Maintain contact with potential future healthcare professionals to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent for our homecare team.
