Job Summary
Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified clinicians through various tools and act as the single point of contact for your team from initial contact through assignment completion. Build lasting relationships with clinicians, assess their strengths and needs, and match them with current opportunities while educating them on compensation packages. Outline wage rates, terms, and conditions to gain commitment, then complete pre-employment processes including resume building, reference checks, and background testing. Manage compliance requirements by tracking certifications and employment documents, and oversee contract employees while on assignment. Collaborate with Account Managers to identify facility accounts and staffing requirements, maintaining a desk with minimal support while working in a high-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field
- at least 1 year of sales or recruiting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with all departments as well as function independently
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Strong ability to multi-task as department or workload dictates
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, web-based databases and be internet savvy
- Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements
