Job Summary
QA Auditor responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of patient information within Health Information Technology (HIT) systems. Will navigate multiple health plan EMR systems, comply with DHCS and HIPAA guidelines, collaborate across departments, and prepare detailed audit reports for management. Requires strong attention to detail, analytical/problem-solving abilities, and proficient use of Microsoft Office and quality management software. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. This is a full-time role based in Goodyear, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance auditing or a healthcare role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software
- Effective and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
