Job Summary
Own and maintain relationships between Imagine360 and assigned vendor partners, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day coordination and escalations. Support vendor selection and approval activities by coordinating internal due diligence, documentation, and stakeholder input. Coordinate vendor onboarding, including implementation requirements and readiness milestones, while monitoring performance metrics and tracking contractual adherence. Maintain the approved vendor catalog, reference library, and process documentation, and facilitate recurring touchpoints to review implementation status and resolve open issues. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience managing healthcare vendor partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with implementing and managing healthcare vendor partnerships
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Project management experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, including timeline management, stakeholder communication, and deliverable tracking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Detail-oriented
- Adept at understanding service contracts and operational implications
- Ability to multitask effectively
