Job Summary
Lead healthcare-focused projects and operational initiatives, developing project plans, overseeing operations, and generating executive-level reports. Coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical, operational, analytics, and IT environments to ensure deliverables meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations. Build and maintain staffing plans, project schedules, and stakeholder communications; drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency in regulated healthcare settings; deliver customer reporting using required tools and platforms; onsite four days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare program or project management experience, including project planning, scheduling, reporting, onboarding, data analytics, and stakeholder communications
- PMP certification strongly preferred
