Healthcare Program Manager, Cohort-Based Learning

Job Summary
Lead the development, launch, and continuous improvement of healthcare education programs delivered through a cohort-based learning model. Conduct research on workforce trends and certification pathways to inform strategy, then partner with instructional designers and faculty to build curriculum aligned with academic standards and learner outcomes. Serve as the primary relationship manager for the partnership with Springboard, representing Penn Foster in meetings and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across Academics, Product, Operations, and Compliance. Monitor learner performance and program metrics to drive enhancements and ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation standards. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while communicating recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners. Complete a role-specific assessment and recorded video interviews as part of the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Education, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare education, academic program management, workforce development, or program development
- Experience supporting curriculum development or educational content creation
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and external partnerships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research, analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Candidates will be required to complete a role-specific assessment as the first step in the hiring process
- All video interviews conducted during the hiring process will be recorded
- Employment with Penn Foster Group is contingent upon successfully completing applicable pre-employment screening requirements, which may include verification of employment history, education, and criminal background, where permitted by law

- Employees are expected to be on camera during meetings unless extenuating circumstances apply
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related discipline
- Experience with online, hybrid, or cohort-based learning programs
- Knowledge of healthcare certification pathways and workforce education
- Familiarity with accreditation and regulatory standards
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience using learner and program data to drive continuous improvement
