Job Summary
Lead clinic operations and staff development for a Houston primary care clinic. Oversee daily patient flow, scheduling, budgeting, compliance with HIPAA and OSHA, vendor coordination, and initiatives to enhance the patient experience and operational efficiency. Drive recruitment, training, coaching, performance reviews, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure a safe, compliant, and patient-centered environment while supporting clinic growth and operational readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3–5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, medical practice management, or clinic administration.
- Experience managing patient flow, staffing, scheduling, and clinic operations.
- Strong budgeting, operational performance, and team leadership.
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Athena experience strongly preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, operational workflows, and vendor coordination.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Mandarin preferred.
