Healthcare Planner (Architectural)

Job Summary
Lead stakeholder consensus and oversee synthesis of healthcare facility designs by working with clients and internal teams on scheduling, coordinating services, and creating graphics. Outline process flows and critical adjacencies for clinical rooms while guiding discussions on medical equipment needs. Manage department floor plan concepts reflective of operations and oversee medical planning team deliverables within the project schedule. Serve as the main point of contact for clients on planning issues and review production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine material requirements. Requires proficiency in Revit, a Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree, and 2–5 years of healthcare planning experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree
- Minimum of 2-5 years of healthcare planning experience required with proven experience in clinical planning leadership
- Clear understanding of applicable codes & building construction systems, materials, and standards
- Proficiency with Revit is required
- Strong presentation, communication, organizational, team building, collaboration and communication skills are a must
- Ability to takes ownership of tasks and project deliverables
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, effective problem solving and decision-making skills
- Team player, adaptable and has a positive attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and Visio, is preferred
