Job Summary
Independent contractor Healthcare Physician Recruiter building and managing your own remote recruiting desk. Full-cycle recruitment of physicians, travel nurses, and medical sales professionals nationwide in a commission-only 1099 role. Requires ability to source candidates independently, conduct credential verification and interviews, coordinate offers, and maintain candidate pipelines. Fully remote with leadership based in Colorado and Kentucky; must be located in the USA.
Required Qualifications
- Proven healthcare recruiting experience: Physicians, Travel Nurses, Med Sales
- Independent sourcing/headhunting
- Full recruiting desk management in a commission-only environment
- Strong communication, organization, candidate engagement
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, fully remote
- Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms
- Must be located in USA
