Patient Enrollment Specialist (Temporary) to serve as the first point of contact, introducing patients to the enrollment program and helping them enroll via a smartphone app. Responsibilities include conducting outbound calls to program-eligible patients, converting leads to enrollments, delivering exceptional enrollment experiences, evangelizing program benefits, gathering patient insights to identify opportunities for growth, and collaborating with partners. Ideal candidates are strong communicators who build relationships, solve problems, navigate push-back, enjoy talking on the phone, are tech-savvy, multitask across systems, and use emotional intelligence to meet patient needs. This is a remote, six-month temporary role with tentative training hours and a shifting schedule, aiming to support patients and drive program impact.
