Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), extensive healthcare partnership and education experience, CRM proficiency, and strong communication and project-management skills. The role follows an on-site hybrid schedule with evening/weekend events and travel expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare or nursing education, clinical program administration, or student clinical experience
  • Demonstrated success in partnership development, sales, or enrollment growth in Healthcare industries
  • Experience managing structured sales processes and partnership pipelines
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) for tracking and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of clinical placement requirements, accreditation standards, and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, national environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% nationally
