Job Summary
Healthcare Partnership Director at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio, leads national partnership expansion across allied healthcare and nursing programs to drive student enrollment, workforce development, and high-quality clinical placement opportunities. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), extensive healthcare partnership and education experience, CRM proficiency, and strong communication and project-management skills. The role follows an on-site hybrid schedule with evening/weekend events and travel expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare or nursing education, clinical program administration, or student clinical experience
- Demonstrated success in partnership development, sales, or enrollment growth in Healthcare industries
- Experience managing structured sales processes and partnership pipelines
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) for tracking and reporting
- Strong knowledge of clinical placement requirements, accreditation standards, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, national environment
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% nationally
