Job Summary

Analyze healthcare datasets using advanced tools to identify trends and develop actionable visualizations in Power BI and EMR systems. Collaborate with clinical and informatics teams to translate data insights into strategies, facilitating 1-on-1 coaching and group training for best practices. Manage methodologies for data collection, ensuring compliance with grant and industry reporting standards like UDS and HEDIS while maintaining the LPCA database. Aggregate and report health center data accurately to support quality improvement initiatives across Federally Qualified Health Centers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (healthcare, informatics, data science, or related discipline)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in healthcare data analytics, informatics, or clinical quality improvement
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), EMR/EHR systems, and statistical analysis methods
  • Strong data management, organization, and communication skills
  • Experience delivering data summaries and actionable reports to support healthcare process improvement
  • Familiarity with UDS standards, grant reporting requirements, and primary care quality measures
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clinical, IT, and administrative teams
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Informatics, Public Health, Data Analytics) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in data analytics, informatics, or data management, preferably in healthcare
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of healthcare quality improvement, outcome measurements, and reporting standards
  • Experience in developing and delivering data-driven reports and presentations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate training and coaching sessions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated cultural competence and awareness of the needs of FQHCs and underserved populations

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred
  • advanced degree (Master's) and 2-3 years of experience preferred
