Job Summary
The Program Director/Program Manager leads the Wound Care Center program across the assigned area, overseeing day-to-day center operations, staff management, financial management, quality/performance improvement, and community education. Responsibilities include coordinating with hospital and physician partners, supervising clinical and non-clinical staff, managing revenue cycle and financial reporting, and driving marketing and referral development to increase patient referrals. The role requires collaborating with hospital leadership, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and CMS guidelines, developing strategic plans with hospital marketing and physician liaison teams, maintaining CRM records of physician interactions, and participating in hospital committees. The position emphasizes leadership, relationship-building, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve program goals and ensure high-quality patient care. Travel may be required. The salary ranges between $88,400 and $116,400 annually, with eligibility criteria based on education and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 2 or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
- High School Diploma and 4 years or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory/accrediting requirements for healthcare organizations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, to include group presentation skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills
- Strong organization, time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
