Job Summary
Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita overseeing an outpatient clinic in the greater Sacramento area. Lead a cross-functional clinical team to deliver patient-focused care, manage clinic operations including budget, vendor relations, and compliance, and collaborate with regional leadership to drive regional goals. Autonomy to run the clinic with support from directors and peers. Focus on clinical goal setting, quality improvement initiatives, and developing team members. Requires at least an Associate's degree and management experience; RN license may be required by state; CPR certification; strong MS Office skills; and a collaborative, results-driven approach.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree required
- Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
- Minimum of one year experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment
- Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position)
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
