Job Summary
Lead a cross-functional clinical team in an outpatient dialysis clinic and manage clinic operations, including budgeting, vendor relationships, and compliance. Drive quality-improvement initiatives and clinical goal-setting while mentoring staff. Collaborate with the Regional Operations Director to align with regional standards and achieve organizational goals. Must have an Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred), healthcare management experience, and CPR; RN licensure may be required by state. Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to balance operational and patient-care priorities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree required
- Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
- Minimum of one year experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.)
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment
- Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position)
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
