Job Summary
Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) to lead a cross-functional clinical team in an outpatient clinic setting. Drive patient-care quality initiatives, manage clinic operations and budget, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory and CMS standards are met. The role emphasizes people leadership, operational autonomy within a supported structure, development of staff, and alignment with regional goals. Requires an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred) and management experience in healthcare or related fields; RN license may be required by state, with CPR certification. Strong communication and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a focus on improving patient outcomes and clinic performance. Position located in Illinois with on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree required
- Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
- Minimum of one year experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.)
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment
- Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position)
- Collaboration with clinical and financial teams; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency
