Job Summary
Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita leading a cross-functional clinical team in an outpatient clinic. You will manage complete clinic operations including budgeting, vendor relationships, and compliance, while driving patient-care improvements and clinical-quality initiatives. You’ll collaborate with regional leadership to align with CMS standards and business needs, mentor staff, and ensure the clinic runs autonomously with support from directors and regional peers. The role emphasizes operational leadership, with a focus on improving patient health outcomes, team development, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational standards. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required; prior healthcare, business, or military management experience is valued. This position requires an Associate's degree (Bachelor's strongly preferred) and may require RN licensing depending on state requirements, along with CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree required
- Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
- Minimum of one year experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment
- Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position)
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
