Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred unless required by state/local laws
- Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.)
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment
- Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
- Collaboration with clinical and financial teams; intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
