Job Summary
Healthcare Operations Facility Administrator oversees the daily operation of a Fresenius Medical Care dialysis clinic, coordinating activities with the Medical Director and Clinical Manager/Charge Nurse to ensure quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and safe operations. Responsibilities include managing staff and scheduling, budget and P&L oversight, inventory and equipment maintenance, training and CQI initiatives, adherence to federal/state regulations, patient and staff safety, education for patients and families, contract and vendor review, and collaboration with physicians to achieve quality goals. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and ability to drive process improvements while maintaining facility performance and compliance. Annual pay range is $71,000 to $167,000 depending on location and qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 4+ years of business operations experience in increasing levels of responsibility in a health care facility
- Minimum 1 year supervisory/management experience in a medical facility
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with medical database software preferred
