Job Summary
Deliver daily output against productivity targets while managing Provider Data and handling written enquiries. Adhere to process documentation and SOPs to support healthcare operations, including RCM, Claims, and Provider Services. Work closely with Process Leads to streamline operations, identify process gaps, and suggest improvements to reduce risk. Ensure consistent compliance with company policies and regulatory standards while meeting defined SLAs. This Contract-to-Hire role involves night shifts from 4 PM to 2 AM in Airoli, Mumbai, with a path to permanent payroll.
Required Qualifications
- Non Tech Graduates
- 0.6 months-3 years of relevant US healthcare experience
- Experience in RCM / Claims / Provider Operations / Healthcare Back-office
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance
- Willingness to work from office
- Candidates should be comfortable with contract roles
- Candidates should be comfortable with night shifts
